Tanya Lewis

Dr. Tanya Lewis is an adult educator who has been involved in the social work community for many years. She has taught at Brock University and is currently the coordinator of the Ryerson Access Centre. The Access Centre staff work in co-operation with departments at Ryerson to ensure that students with disabilities receive the services they need.

Tanya Lewis has a PhD in Community Psychology from OISE/UT and is the author of the book Living Beside: Performing 'Normal' After Incest Memories Return. She has been involved in developing community-based supports for people with disabilities for many years. She has recently published in Hypatia and Atlantis.
